THE PARK THAT WORKS. Established in 1971, Flatiron Park is a development of over 200 acres and 50 buildings, it remains the largest development of this kind in the Boulder area. It was developed by Flatiron Park Company which along with it’s affiliates, continues to be the largest owner and manager of building space within the Park.
